WARRANTY & SERVICES
We provide a 5 years warranty on our sanitary ware products, effective from the manufacturing date printed on the box. To claim the warranty, the customer must present proof of purchase from the authorized distributor or retailer where the product was originally purchased.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by improper use, installation, or normal wear and tear. Claims must be processed through the distributor from whom the product was purchased..

Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy:
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, depending on your location and the size of the order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping may apply on select items or orders over a certain value, which will be specified during checkout.
Return & Refund Policy:
Return Window: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.
Return requests must include valid purchase proof (receipt, order confirmation, etc.).
Sanitary ware and bath fittings: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on sanitary ware and bath fittings unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
Damage/Defects:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must provide photographic or video evidence of the damage along with your order details. This is required for any claim to be processed.
Please take clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage upon receipt of the item, and email them to our customer service team at [email address].
Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product and issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sanitary ware and bath fittings are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
